"Post" means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, upload, transmit and/or disclose and the words "Posted" and "Posting" shall be interpreted accordingly.
"User" means anyone who has a user account, or is an Advertiser who posts online or print adverts.
"Services" means all or any services provided by us through www.quidtre.com, including without limitation our online marketplace and print publication.
"Terms" means these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and any documents referred to within.
"Website" means all web pages available under the domains www.quidtre.com and and its related websites, services and applications.
3.About the Website
The website is a marketplace. Sellers may list Items and buyers may find Items through the website.
We are not responsible for contracts for the supply of goods, services or information formed through the Website, between you and users. We are simply a venue for buyers and sellers to make contact.
Any contract is between the buyer and the seller and is subject to the terms and conditions which are implied by law or which the buyer and seller agree between themselves or both. The Website is not a party to the contract between the seller and buyer nor is the website liable under the contract.
Complaints or disputes should be dealt with directly with the other party in the transaction. If this needs to be escalated the raise the dispute through the payment provider, such as Paypal.
We do not provide any warranties or assurances in relation to the Items you purchase (or attempt to purchase) from third party sellers through the Website, or from companies who have advertised through the Website or whose website we have provided a link, and any such warranties and assurances are disclaimed by us. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller.

Some Services require payment in full before their use. In such cases the amount payable will be clearly indicated.
We may change our prices from time to time. In which case you will be notified of this in advance and have the opportunity to decline payment. If you decline payment you will not receive the Services to which such payment relates.
Prices include Value Added Tax unless otherwise indicated.
We will not start to provide the paid-for Services (and shall be under no obligation to do so) until we have been paid in advance in accordance with these Terms.
Without limiting any other remedies or rights that we may have, if you do not pay us on time, we may cancel or suspend our performance of the paid-for Services until you have paid the outstanding amounts.
5.Eligibility

If you access Butspro Ads, either by registration on the Site or by any other means, not as an individual but on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are fully authorized to do so and the listing, posting or information placed on the site on behalf of the legal entity is your responsibility and you agree to be accountable for the same to other users of the Site.

in no event shall oodle, its licensors or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the site, the service or the content, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, date or business opportunity, even if oodle has been advised of the possibility of such damages. further, oodle shall have no liability to you or other third parties for any third party content uploaded onto or downloaded from the site. you agree that the aggregate liability of oodle to you for any and all claims arising from the use of the site, the service or the content is limited to the amounts you have paid to oodle, if any, for access to and use of the site, the service or the content. the limitations of damages set forth herein are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between oodle and you. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
7.General Information
Oodle shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond Oodle's reasonable control. Any notice required or given to you under these Terms shall be delivered by electronic mail at the e-mail address provided by you during registration. These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings, proposals, agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties, whether written or oral.
8.Termination of Service
You agree that Browsemycity, both immediately and without notice; has the right to delete or deactivate your account; block your email or IP address, terminate your access to or use of Service (or any part thereof); Remove and discard any Content within the Service that has violated the Terms; Further, you agree that Browsemycity shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service and that you will not attempt to use the Service after said termination.
